JUI-F leader Hafiz Hamdullah injured in Mastung blast

QUETTA: Jamiat Ulema Islam-F (JUIF) leader Hafiz Hamdullah has been reportedly injured in a blast in the Mastung District of Balochistan province.
According to details available so far, the roadside explosion happened while the member of senate and JUI-F spokesman was enroute to Mangochar area.
Two including a gunman were also injured apart from the JUI-F leader.
The injured have been shifted to Mir Ghaus Bakhsh Raisani Hospital, sources said.

In response to the tragic attackBalochistan, government officials have swiftly condemned the act.
Balochistan’s Interior Minister Mir Muhammad Zubeir Jamali demanded a detailed report of the incident and emphasized the necessity to marshal all resources to eradicate terrorism.
Caretaker Chief Minister Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki instructed for foolproof security arrangements to be put in place to prevent similar future occurrences.
Meanwhile information secretary of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan, labeled the attack as a “cowardly act,” illustrating the national consensus against terrorism.
A JUIF spokesman, meanwhile, said the Hamdullah was out of danger and was being transferred to a hospital in provincial capital Quetta.
