Lahore Board announces results of second annual intermediate examinations

WEB DESK: The Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) announced the results of the second annual intermediate examinations, showing a pass percentage of 35.85 percent.

According to a spokesperson for the board, a total of 50,085 candidates appeared in the examinations, out of which 17,953 students were declared successful.

The board said the results reflected the overall performance of candidates who took the second annual exams, which are held to provide an additional opportunity to students who could not clear some papers or improve their scores in the first annual examinations.

BISE Lahore added that detailed results have been uploaded on the board’s official website, where candidates can check their individual scores using their roll numbers.

The announcement brings to a close the examination process for the current academic cycle, while successful candidates will now be eligible to proceed with admissions to universities and colleges or improve their academic standing in accordance with the board’s regulations.
