ISLAMABAD: Pakistani superstar actress Mahira Khan has entered into matrimony with her longtime friend and businessman, Salim Karim.

Salim Karim, a wealthy entrepreneur from Pakistan, holds a prominent position in the business world, serving as the CEO of Simpaisa, a startup company offering online payment solutions operating in over 15 countries worldwide.

The wedding ceremony of the actress was attended by a limited number of close friends and relatives.

This marks Mahira Khan’s second marriage, as she was previously wedded to Ali Askari, with the couple parting ways in 2015. Mahira Khan has a 13-year-old son named Azlaan from her first marriage.

In images and videos shared on social media by Mahira Khan’s manager, Anush Talha Khan, the actress appears radiant in a pastel lehenga choli, complemented by an intricately designed veil created by Pakistani designer Faraz Manan as she walked down the aisle towards Salim.

In another heartwarming video released by Mahira’s brother, Hissan Khan, the groom, Salim, is revealed for the first time. Salim chose a classic black sherwani paired with matching pyjamas and an elegant icy blue turban.

Mahira Khan is renowned for her work in films such as “Bol,” “Manto,” “Actor in Law,” “Raees,” “Orna,” “Sat Din Mohabbat In,” and her recent captivating performance in “The Legend of Maula Jatt,” which received acclaim from fans, critics, and film experts alike.
