LOS ANGELES: The death cause of the famous Australian celebrity Rachael Carpani revealed after the actress passed away on Monday.

Rachael Carpani’s family members took to social media platform Instagram, confirming “with great sadness” that the actress who had been famous for her television film, Jodi Fountain, has passed away due to a “chronic illness.”

She also acted in NCIS: Los Angeles, The Rachels, If There Be Thorns, The Glades, and played the lead role in Lifetime’s Against the Wall.

She has died at the age of 45.

She had landed a few host roles on US television after being shifted to Los Angeles from America. These TV programmes took place in NCIS: Los Angeles and Cane.
