The film, shot across multiple international locations using the latest IMAX® film technology, promises to bring Homer’s foundational saga to life like never before.

The star-studded cast features Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, Zendaya, and Charlize Theron, making it one of Nolan’s most ambitious projects to date.
Produced by Nolan and Emma Thomas under their production company Syncopy, the film’s executive producer is Thomas Hayslip.
According to sources, the movie blends high-octane action sequences with the rich storytelling and epic themes of Homer’s classic, promising both visual spectacle and narrative depth.
Speaking about the project, Nolan described The Odyssey as “a journey that transcends time, bringing a story that has inspired generations to a format that matches its grandeur.” The film reportedly combines state-of-the-art practical effects with IMAX® technology to create a cinematic scale that is “unparalleled in modern filmmaking.”
