WEB DESK: Speculation around Hera Pheri 3 sparked when reports suggested a fallout between Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal. Rumours of legal tensions with Kumar’s production house added to the drama, leaving fans worried.

However, the situation appears to have calmed. Paresh Rawal has now confirmed that he will be part of Hera Pheri 3, which is expected to begin filming next year. The announcement has reassured audiences eager to see the iconic trio,  Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Rawal, back together on screen.

Director Priyadarshan has also clarified that there was no personal rift. Speaking to Pinkvilla, he said: “Me and Paresh never had an issue. Even to the best of my knowledge, Akshay and Paresh never had any issues. Some other forces, bad forces, were pressurising Paresh… but our relationship has never been affected.”

He further shared that Akshay Kumar chose to remain calm throughout. “Akshay told me, ‘Prince sir, if it happens, let it happen. Otherwise, let’s forget it.’ There are other bad forces which created problems. It is not worth talking about them,” Priyadarshan added.

The confirmation of Rawal’s return has brought relief for fans. For many, Baburao is the soul of Hera Pheri. His eccentric style, comic timing, and charm made the films cult classics. Without him, audiences felt the magic would be missing.
