Actress Samar Rana held for rape, torture of teen maid

LAHORE: Punjab police has arrested stage actress Samar Rana for allegedly torturing and sexually assaulting her 14-year-old maid.

A rape case of the domestic worker has been registered at Nawab Town police station

According to the police, the -year-old girl was allegedly raped by five people at the actress’s house.

The actress is also accused of torturing and intimidating the maid.

According to the police report, unknown suspects also kept making videos of the alleged rape of the girl.

SP Investigation Sadar Division Mian Moazzam Ali said efforts are underway to arrest the remaining suspects involved in the incident, adding that the maid and her family will be provided justice at all costs.
