ISLAMABAD: There is very little possibility of government softening its approach towards the PTI, as Special Assistant to the PM Rana Sanaullah advised Kasim and Sulaiman — the two sons of Imran Khan to avoid visiting Pakistan, while Information Minister ruled out any possibility of forgiveness for those involved in May 9 violence.

Rana Sana told a private TV channel that he had said earlier that the PTI founder’s sons would not come to Pakistan. And he would repeat again that it would be better for them not to visit if the politics of violence was the goal, he added.
The seasoned politician, meanwhile, questioned why they didn’t opt for a trip during the four-year period their father spent as the prime minister.
However, he remarked that the government would issue visas if they applied for them — raising the question again that the two brothers don’t have NICOP which allow overseas Pakistanis visiting the country without visa.
Meanwhile, Rana Sana was also confident in saying that several issues faced by Pakistan would be resolved in two to three years.

According to the special assistant to the PM, the coalition partners have political acumen and “no one is thinking about playing while getting out of the crease”.
FRACTURED PTI WILL FAIL
On the other hand, Tarar made it clear that no one would be pardoned for involvement in the May 9 attacks.
He said the PTI [SIC] lawmakers were disqualified only after their conviction in the May cases and added that “holding an office does not mean that a crime ceases to exist”.
When asked about dialogue, Tarar said the government had always attempted to enter into talks, but the PTI always avoided that course of action.
The PTI was fractured and divided into groups, he remarked and added that any future protest would fail just like the August 5 plan.
As Imran has announced that his party will not contest the by-elections on the seats falling vacant due to the recent disqualifications, the federal minister said boycotting the by-polls would be huge policy mistake.
